About

Dr. Andrée Castonguay

As a post-doctoral trained researcher in health and exercise psychology, accredited Naturopathic Doctor (N.D), and certifications in nutrition, personal training, yoga, pilates, and health coaching, I have dedicated a large part of my life to exploring and learning how to motivate others to engage in healthy and sustainable lifestyle habits.

I use my research skills and expertise in health psychology to help others finally achieve and maintain their health goals by using evidence-based practices. I use a personalized and holistic approach to building favorable daily habits in nutrition, psychical activity, sleep, stress and anxiety. No strict diets and no food is off limits.

Media coverage

My work has received coverage by several media outlets including Shape Magazine US, LA Times, CTV news Montreal, and Concordia University. I am a published author (26 peer-reviewed journal publications,
2 co-authored book chapters) and I have also received numerous awards and fellowships for my research.
