Andrée has been helping me for about a month now and she has completely changed my life. I was at a point in my life where I was not happy, stressed, lack of sleep, zero motivation, not happy with myself physically and just kinda lost. I knew I needed to change something. My stress levels are regulated, emotionally I’m more balanced, sleep has improved, all around mental and physical health have improved. Since the kids were born I have felt torn between work and my family; and, after a year and a half of teaching online because of Covid, my return to the college classroom in the fall felt overwhelming.
